This page explains how to delete your Songhub account and the personal data we hold about you. It applies to both the www.songhub.app website and the Songhub 2 mobile app.
When you create an account we store the name and email address on that account, the songs, set lists, notes and any recordings or files you add, and basic technical records such as the dates you signed in.
If you signed in with Facebook, Google or Apple, we also store the name, email address and profile picture that service gave us when you signed in, together with the account identifier it uses so we can recognise you next time.
Email admin@songhub.app from the email address on your Songhub account, with "Delete my account" as the subject. Tell us the email address of the account you want deleted.
We will confirm by email once your account has been removed. We aim to do this within 30 days of your request.
We delete your account record, everything you added to it, and the name, email address, profile picture and account identifier we received from Facebook, Google or Apple. Copies held in routine backups are removed as those backups age out.
You can disconnect Songhub at any time in the privacy or security settings of Facebook, Google or Apple. That stops the service sharing anything further with us and stops you signing in that way, but it does not delete the Songhub account itself. To delete the account, email us as described above.
